Aaron Judge, the star outfielder for the New York Yankees, will be on the cover of MLB The Show 26 for the second time. He previously appeared on the cover of the popular baseball video game series before.
Aaron Judge will be featured on the cover of the latest MLB The Show video game, marking the second time he’s received this honor. He previously appeared on the cover in 2018, making him only the second player ever to be featured multiple times. The only other player to achieve this is Joe Mauer, who was on the cover in both 2010 and 2011.
As a huge baseball fan, it’s awesome to see Aaron Judge get this recognition! He really proved himself again this past season, solidifying his spot as one of the best players out there. Plus, he’s become a really well-known figure, not just for his skills on the field, but as a personality too.

Aaron Judge headlines MLB The Show 26 release details
MLB The Show 26 will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch starting March 17th. Players who buy the Digital Deluxe Edition can start playing four days earlier, on March 13th.
You’ll be able to pre-order the Standard and Digital Deluxe editions of the game starting February 3, 2026, at 12 p.m. Eastern Time and 9 a.m. Pacific Time. Pre-orders will be available on TheShow.com, through digital stores on your platform, and at select retailers. A new gameplay trailer will also be revealed on February 3rd.
