Popular streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel shared that he has some really exciting plans for the upcoming streamer awards show hosted by Asmongold and Adin Ross, and Asmongold is eager for him to participate.
For a long time, award shows didn’t acknowledge streamers and online content creators. While some shows added a ‘Streamer of the Year’ category, it usually combined both Twitch and YouTube creators, which caused disagreements and upset many people.
This inspired QTCinderella to create The Streamer Awards. The yearly show has become increasingly popular and is now a highly anticipated event in the streaming community.
QT has voiced support for Adin Ross and Asmongold’s idea to create a competing awards show. She thinks it would be very entertaining, especially because they plan to have award categories different from her own.
Asmongold wants xQc on rival streamer awards
xQc, a popular streamer on Twitch and Kick, helped bring Adin and Asmon together, and Asmon now wants xQc to participate in planning and judging future events.
Asmongold said he’s not sure how interested xQc is in participating, and that it’s ultimately up to him. He added that he hasn’t discussed it with xQc yet, but would welcome his involvement.
The Canadian streamer said he’s willing to participate, responding to a clip from Asmongold. He told Adin he’d get involved, but he’s hesitant to share his plans publicly because he’s worried others will copy them. He described his ideas as ‘insane’.
I’m so excited for this new awards show! They haven’t figured out exactly when or where it will be yet, but I heard they’re aiming for the end of December. And good news for anyone worried about it being at Adin Ross’ place – apparently they’re thinking of somewhere like Las Vegas instead!
Since all three streamers are closely connected to Kick, some people thought they might favor that platform, which is supported by Stake. However, they’re still active on Twitch as well, so things could end up being fair and unbiased.
