Phillip Jack Brooks, better known as CM Punk, is a highly seasoned wrestler with a proven track record of success. He’s achieved notable wins across major promotions like Ring of Honor, WWE, and AEW, and has had multiple runs with WWE, giving him extensive experience in the sport.
Throughout his career, Punk has won five World Heavyweight Championships (three during the 2002-2013 era and two in the current era). He’s also a two-time WWE Champion, holding the title for an impressive 434 days during his second reign.
I was so excited when CM Punk left WWE and eventually showed up in AEW in 2021! He quickly proved he still had it, becoming a two-time champion. Even after all those years, it was obvious Phil Brooks hadn’t lost a step and could still go!
Since returning to WWE in late 2023, Brooks has quickly made a significant impact. His feud with Drew McIntyre is widely considered one of the most compelling storylines in wrestling today. Considering both his individual achievements and his engaging storylines, CM Punk is a strong contender to be featured on the cover of WWE 2K26.
