We now have details about MyRISE in the new WWE 2K26 game! This year’s story puts you in the role of a Superstar returning to WWE after a two-year absence, determined to reach the top again. But your return won’t be easy, and you’ll face tough opponents as you fight your way back in either the men’s or women’s division. WWE 2K26 MyRISE Story, Details, & More
In WWE 2K26’s MyRISE mode, you’ll play as a created Superstar returning to the WWE. The story kicks off with a loss to the current champion – Bron Breakker for male characters or Jordynne Grace for female characters – and from there, you’ll begin your journey to climb back to the top.
As you progress in your career, you’ll have two paths to success. You can take the traditional route, earning opportunities through hard work and merit. Or, you can choose a faster, more aggressive approach by making bolder, sometimes difficult, decisions. Be aware that these choices will affect your relationships with other competitors, the matches you get, and how the fans react to you.
I’m really excited about MyRISE in 2K26! They’ve totally revamped the Live Event Matches, and now they’re a core part of how you progress in the game. It’s awesome because completing those matches actually helps advance your player’s career and gets you some great rewards along the way.
As you progress in your career, you’ll face the media, discussing your key matches and rivalries. Winning the championship isn’t the finish line – you’ll then decide how to defend your title. If you lose, you’ll have to compete in additional RISE matches to try and win it back.
