Win a 4K Collector’s Edition of Scars Of Dracula

Hammer has been releasing fantastic 4K Collector’s Editions this year, and their newest additions are two classic gothic horror films from 1970: Scars of Dracula and The Horror of Frankenstein. Both are available for purchase now.

Scars of Dracula, the fifth Hammer horror film featuring Christopher Lee as the Count, sees the vampire return from the dead. Dennis Waterman, later known for his role in Minder, plays a man who travels to Dracula’s castle with his fiancée to find his missing brother – a risky decision! In this film, Lee gets more opportunities to speak as the Count, and even performs a classic vampire move – climbing the castle walls like in Bram Stoker’s original novel.

This film has been beautifully restored in 4K for its first-ever Ultra HD release. The special Collector’s Edition comes with both 4K and Blu-ray versions of the movie. It includes exciting new extras, like a 31-minute conversation between film critics Clarisse Loughrey and Isaura Barbé-Brown, and a 17-minute interview with Dacre Stoker, a great-nephew of Bram Stoker. You’ll also find a previously unseen 2006 interview with the film’s star, Chris Matthews (11 minutes), and an older commentary track featuring Christopher Lee and director Roy Ward Baker. To complete the set, it includes a 64-page booklet and two mini-posters.

We’re giving away three collector’s editions of Scars Of Dracula! To enter for a chance to win, just answer the question below. Please be aware that this competition is only open to residents of the UK.
