Each one has its own cool mix of abilities and equipment, letting you explore the world and become a true master!
Here’s a list of the available classes, along with a description of the typical playstyle for each and how challenging they are to learn.
| Class Name | Build | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|
| Bellstrike – Splendor | Melee DPS | Medium |
| Bellstrike – Umbra | Melee DPS | Medium |
| Stonesplit – Might | Melee Tank | Easy |
| Bamboocut – Wind | Melee DPS | Advanced |
| Silkbind – Jade | Ranged DPS | Advanced |
| Silkbind – Deluge | Ranged Support | Medium |
How To Play Bellstrike Splendor
This character build emphasizes staying mobile, surviving attacks, and dealing consistent damage. It’s designed to focus on taking down one enemy at a time by keeping them at a distance and using powerful, charged attacks. The Nameless Sword and Nameless Spear martial arts are particularly effective with this build.
Ideally, you’ll want to unlock the following Inner Way skills:
- Sword Morph
- Mountain’s Might
- Wildfire Spark
- Battle Anthem
When choosing equipment, prioritize Jadewear weapons and accessories. Then, combine those with Formbend armor to boost your physical defense and how long your shield lasts.
How To Play Bellstrike Umbra
This class focuses on consistently damaging enemies over time using effects that drain their health. It prioritizes being able to move quickly and deal high damage, and doesn’t focus much on controlling the battlefield, supporting allies, or staying alive – it trades those things for increased damage output.
If you’re choosing martial arts, the Strategic Sword and Heavenquaker Spear are excellent choices. As for developing your inner strength, consider these options:
- Sword Horizon
- Wolfchaser’s Art
- Adaptive Steel
- Insightful Strike
To succeed with this strategy, you’ll need the right equipment. Specifically, you’ll want the Hawking weapon and its attachments, along with Eaglerise armor. This gear will help you take less damage and deal more damage.
How To Play Stonesplit Might
This character build focuses on being incredibly durable, able to withstand a lot of damage while distracting enemies and pulling their attention away from your teammates. It’s also effective when playing alone, letting you fight up close without needing to worry much about taking damage yourself.
Focus on staying alive and maintaining control first, while still dealing good damage. To effectively gather enemies, use these skills:
- Exquisite Scenery
- Trapped Beast
- Art of Resistance
- Rock Solid
Using the Rainwhisper set and Moonflare armor will help you get the most out of your shields. For martial arts, the Thundercry Blade and Stormbreaker Spear are the best options to increase your range and damage output.
How To Play Bamboocut Wind
This build focuses on being incredibly mobile and dealing a lot of damage, but it sacrifices defense and the ability to help your teammates. You’ll excel at controlling the battlefield and your opponents. The Infernal Twinblades and Mortal Rope Dart let you switch between close-range and long-range attacks seamlessly. Here are the best Inner Way options for this playstyle:
- Echoes of Oblivion
- Vendetta
- Breaking Point
- Riptide Reflex
Begin looking for Swallowcall accessories and weapons as soon as possible. Also, find the Calmwaters armor set – wearing it will give you special benefits whenever you successfully dodge an attack.
How To Play Silkbind Jade
This setup emphasizes moving quickly and controlling the battlefield. The Inkwell Fan and Vernal Umbrella will let you excel at long-range combat while staying safe. Paired with the Veil of the Willow accessory set and the Beyond the Chill armor, you’ll significantly boost your damage and defenses, making you ready for anything.
When selecting Inner Way skills, you’ll want the following:
- Blossom Barrage
- Flying Gourds
- Thunderous Bloom
- Star Reacher
Combining these strategies will let you inflict significant damage on your enemies while staying safe.
How To Play Silkbind Deluge
This setup is all about keeping yourself and your teammates alive, prioritizing both staying power and the ability to control battles. It focuses on being able to quickly heal large amounts of damage, as well as providing consistent healing over time, alongside various enhancements to keep you in the fight.
The Panacea Fan and Soulshade Umbrella work together to provide exceptional healing, and are even more effective when combined with these Inner Way skills:
- Royal Remedy
- Restoring Blossom
- Esoteric Revival
- Mending Loom
To get the most out of this build, equip the Ivorybloom accessories for extra critical damage when your health is full, and the Whirlsnow armor set to boost your healing.
