As a huge fan of the Game of Thrones world, I’m so excited to hear we’re getting another TV series! After loving *Game of Thrones* and then *House of the Dragon*, I can’t wait for *A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms* which is coming in January 2026. It’s great to see the story continuing!
The story takes place during the time when the Targaryen family ruled Westeros. It follows the adventures of Duncan the Tall, a good-hearted but inexperienced knight, and his young squire, Egg. Together, these unlikely friends will face great challenges, powerful enemies, and thrilling adventures.
So, George R.R. Martin – the guy who wrote the books the show is based on – has given a thumbs-up to the new series! Apparently, it’s based on his novellas, *The Hedge Knight*, *The Sworn Sword*, and *The Mystery Knight*, and he’s already seen it and likes what he sees. That’s a good sign for us gamers who are excited about it!
