However, an exciting aspect lies ahead once you establish your camp – you’ll gain the ability to elevate these items to superior levels by utilizing crafting resources. Over time, their power will grow substantially. Moreover, they can be imbued with potent enchantments, further enhancing their effectiveness. Progressing deeper into the game, you might even come across foes that drop more elusive weapons.

To acquire some distinctive weapons during the early stages, finish the “Message from Afar” mission to obtain the Unflinching Duty shield, and secure the Last Light of Day sword as it is a reward for completing the Dawntreader side quest.

Getting money fast

In this economy, everyone could use a bit more cash, isn’t that true? The most efficient way to make money in Avowed without spending too much time or facing numerous deaths is by just exploring and don’t forget to search the bodies of the foes you’ve defeated. However, it does require time and the amount you earn is modest.

Rather than the current approach, perhaps you might take up the role of a bounty hunter instead. Across the expanse of the Living Lands, numerous NPCs can provide you with targets they wish eliminated. Typically, these tasks are issued by the bounty master.

Bounty tasks often vary in complexity, though many are designed to be manageable even for beginners. Once you complete the task, find the necessary proof and return it to the NPC who assigned the mission to receive your reward money.

Keep track of totem fragments

In the game Avowed, it’s beneficial to be on the lookout for totem fragments from the get-go. Each area within the game contains a single fragment, which is split into six smaller pieces hidden throughout different locations on your map.

After establishing your camp, you can utilize your Totem pieces, but prior to this, you must construct a Totem platform. The sequence in which you gather the fragments doesn’t matter; as soon as you have them all and build the platform, you will be able to use them.

Once you locate the main item, all associated items will become active on their own, and each one has a special bonus that remains active throughout the game once chosen for your camp.
