What is Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette about?

Ryan Murphy’s latest series tells the story of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette, following their relationship from its beginning, through their marriage, and ultimately to their tragic passing.
The limited series, ‘Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette,’ from FX/Hulu, tells the story of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette’s relationship, from their instant connection to their very public marriage. It looks at what made them such a famous couple during the late 20th century.
The first season of Ryan Murphy’s ‘Love Story’ series is based on Elizabeth Beller’s biography, ‘Once Upon a Time: The Captivating Life of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy.’

He was as close to American royalty as anyone could be. People across the country followed his life, watching him mature from a young boy into a popular and well-known single man. She was already a successful star in her own right. Known for her strong independence and unique fashion sense, she worked her way up from a sales assistant to an executive at Calvin Klein, eventually becoming a close friend and advisor to the company’s founder.
Their relationship blossomed in the public eye, but the intense fame and constant media scrutiny put a huge strain on it. The show follows the couple’s difficult and emotional story as their private life became a national fascination.
The new documentary Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette arrives on Hulu and FX tomorrow. Other great shows to watch this month include the second season of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters and the continuing fantasy series A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
