Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is now available to stream! Here’s a guide to when and where you can watch, and what the new ‘Culling Game Arc’ is all about.

Jujutsu Kaisen fans got an early sneak peak at Season 3 of the manga adaptation last November.

So, they released Episodes 1 and 2 as a movie called Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution. It basically connects the Shibuya Incident arc to the Culling Game arc, and it did really well – made over $40 million at the box office! It was cool seeing it on the big screen.

Fans of the manga series by Greg Akutami can now watch the beginning of its latest story arc with the release of Season 3 on streaming platforms.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 drops on Crunchyroll today – January 8, 2026 – at 9am PT/12pm ET.

What is Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen about?

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 continues the story of Yuji Itadori, who is now fighting the powerful sorcerer Noritoshi Kamo within the deadly Culling Game. Yuji, having become a cursed spirit himself to fight curses, must navigate this new challenge.

Okay, so the new arc starts with total chaos! Shibuya’s packed for Halloween, and suddenly this weird veil just drops, trapping everyone. Then Gojo, who is seriously the strongest sorcerer ever, shows up, but it’s a trap! Apparently, a bunch of curse users and spirits are waiting to try and seal him away. It sounds intense!

Yuji Itadori joins his classmates and some of the strongest jujutsu sorcerers in a massive, chaotic battle against curses known as the Shibuya Incident.

After a devastating event, Noritoshi Kamo, considered the most evil sorcerer ever, turns ten areas of Japan into cursed strongholds. With the dangerous Culling Game beginning, the powerful sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu is tasked with executing Yuji Itadori, who is believed to have committed serious offenses.
