What happened in Episode 5?

In the fifth episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, Principal Yaga revealed a hidden secret just before his death, while Yuji found himself battling in an underground sorcerer arena.
The episode begins with a surprising discovery: Yaga, the head of Tokyo Jujutsu High, can make cursed corpses that maintain themselves without needing further energy. He’s keeping this ability a secret from everyone.
Gakuganji mortally wounds him, and as he dies, he explains how the cursed corpses are created, then declares that the curse now belongs to his attacker. Panda, recently freed by Atsuya Kusakabe, discovers the body and is deeply upset.
Yuji and Megumi stumble upon an underground fight club for sorcerers with just two simple rules: no cursed techniques allowed, and once you’re in, you can’t leave.
Yuji gets matched for a fight, and his opponent turns out to be Panda. He and his friends then put on a convincing performance, pretending to actually hit each other.
Yuji is asked to join a mission by Kinji Hakari, the leader of fight club. However, when Yuji says he doesn’t recognize Gojo, Hakari becomes suspicious and attacks him.
