On Sunday, December 14th, at 3:40 PM local time, the LAPD responded to a report of a death at a home on the 200 block of Chadbourne Avenue, after the fire department was initially called to the scene.

Police found two people dead inside the home, but their identities haven’t been released yet. The LAPD later provided this additional information:

I just heard the news and it’s pretty shocking! Apparently, the police Robbery Homicide Division went to Rob Reiner’s house. They’re investigating what looks like a homicide, but they aren’t releasing any details yet because it’s still an active investigation.
