As a gamer, I can tell you that the top-tier Ultra Rare (UR) heroes are certainly powerful, but unfortunately, they don’t show up too often when summoning, with a drop rate of only about 0.04% to 0.08%. This means you’ll largely have to depend on your Super Rare (SR) and Rare (R) heroes for the time being, focusing on leveling them up instead.
