A VTuber is asking Twitch to investigate a problem where she’s receiving many unwanted subscriptions – reportedly dozens every five minutes – even when she’s not live. She says Twitch hasn’t identified any issues on their end.
On December 28, 2025, VTuber FoxxyLilly noticed something unusual: she received notifications for many canceled Prime subscriptions to her channel within just three hours, and shared a screenshot of it.
The streamer posted on X, asking Twitch to investigate what she believes was a deliberate attempt to sabotage her channel and falsely accuse her of fraudulent activity, potentially leading to a ban.
She said the streaming website replied, telling her they were unable to help.
I’m receiving a large number of offline Prime subscriptions – about a dozen every five minutes for over five hours now. I believe this is a deliberate attempt to cause problems for my channel. I contacted Twitch chat support, but they said they couldn’t help. I’m really concerned and don’t want to be banned because of this.

Other broadcasters came forward saying they’d experienced the same problem, leading to suspicions that someone deliberately paid for fake accounts to harass her and possibly get her platform access revoked.
VTubers report mass influx of suspicious Prime subs
On December 31st, FoxxyLilly posted an update for her followers and other streamers, continuing to ask Twitch to investigate a recent issue: she’d been receiving non-stop, unwanted Prime subscriptions to her channel for the past three days.
She explained that after contacting Twitch repeatedly, they told her they couldn’t help or didn’t see a problem. She suspects they didn’t fully review her reports, but admits that’s just her guess.
The botting issue has started and stopped repeatedly, and it’s currently still happening. I’ve contacted Twitch support several times through both their ticket system and live chat, but they haven’t taken any action to resolve it.
Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a quick update on what’s been happening and what I’ve been doing to try and avoid any trouble with Twitch. Basically, I’ve contacted Twitch support a bunch of times, but all they’ve told me is they can’t do…

Viewers worried the streamer might face payment issues and advised her to cancel her account before receiving subscription money, to prevent refunds. Others suggested she reach out to Amazon directly, since the subscriptions were linked to Prime accounts.
FoxxyLilly hasn’t shared any new information about what’s happening, and other streamers are also speaking up, hoping the platform will address the issue after the holiday season.
Virtual YouTubers, or VTubers, are becoming incredibly popular and were among the most-watched streamers on YouTube in 2025. This makes the recent difficulties faced by FoxxyLilly particularly concerning.
