Jade Phoenix, an Uber Eats driver in Los Angeles, recently shared a popular tip for boosting her earnings. She discovered a simple trick that doesn’t take much extra effort.
Phoenix says showing her feet in delivery pictures has significantly increased her tips, and other drivers are finding success with the same method.

Phoenix shared on Threads that she drives for Uber in the mornings to earn extra income. She also mentioned she began adding her feet into the photos she posts of food deliveries by the door.
She shared in a popular post – which received over 70,000 likes – that she’s been earning significantly more in tips because customers are now adding extra after their deliveries.
Many drivers responded saying they would try this method, and several reported that it worked for them.
Someone commented that they deliver with DoorDash and are confident in their appearance, so they decided to try something new. They later updated their comment to say they tested it out while working and received an extra $20 tip.
I heard about another driver getting an incredible tip – fifty bucks on a fifteen-dollar ride! It just proves it’s not just about getting tips from food orders; people are being generous across the board.
