Annapurna Interactive and Iridium Studios have revealed the actors who will be voicing the characters in their new turn-based RPG, People of Note.
The game features a talented voice cast, including Erika Ishii, Amanda Angeles, Jason Charles Miller, and Heather Gonzalez, among others. Along with the cast announcement, a new song from the game and plans to release it on the Switch 2 were revealed. You can read James’s first impressions of the game here.
People of Note is coming to Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store this year.
You can find the new musical performance and voice cast details from Iridium Studios below:
Cadence – Heather Gonzalez (Talk) / LEXXE (Sing)
Cadence is a rising pop star who doesn’t make the cut in the Noteworthy Song Contest. She quickly learns that going solo isn’t enough and decides to start a band. But forming a group pulls her into a much bigger and more perilous situation than she ever expected.
Fret – Jason Charles Miller
Fret is a veteran musician, a true classic rocker who’s experienced everything the music world has to offer. Now living in Durandis, the famous ‘Kingdom of Rock and Roll,’ he performs as a solo artist and often reminisces about his days with his former band.
Synthia – Erika Ishii (Talk) / Amanda Angeles (Sing)
Synthia is a bit of an enigma – usually quiet and keeps to themselves, even with friends. But when they’re DJing, they transform and come alive. Despite their success, they often wonder if they truly deserve the recognition they’ve received.
Vox – Mansa “Wakil” Wakili
Vox has always been compared to his mother, Caliq, who rules the city of Pyre. He’s a thoughtful and reasonable person with refined tastes – he believes rap music should be more meaningful than just competitive disses. But he’s about to discover that sometimes, you have to be willing to fight for the people and things you care about.
Cerrin – Marwan Salama
Cerrin is a kind and well-mannered person, but he’s also willing to take risks or break the rules if he believes it’s for the right reasons.
Arc – Alex Boniello
Okay, so Arc is a really interesting character. From what I’ve seen, he comes across as quick-witted, maybe even a bit of a flirt, and he really hates when things aren’t fair. But underneath that cool exterior, it’s clear he’s carrying some serious baggage from a tough childhood. He was basically a super-talented kid growing up in a really controlling place, and it messed him up. He always has this little smirk, like he knows something you don’t, and honestly, he probably does. It’s like he’s constantly sizing people up.
Sharp ♯ Joe Zieja
Sharp is incredibly arrogant and looks down on others, convinced that 80s music – especially his own – is the only good kind. He pretends to be down-to-earth and relatable, but clearly dislikes ordinary people. As Smolder’s manager, the most popular boy band in Chordia, it’s becoming clear he has a hidden agenda.
Anthony – Griffin Burns
He’s the lead singer of Smolder, the most popular boy band in Chordia, and a major pop star. Handsome and confident, he’s also surprisingly unaware of things – and he unknowingly carries the Chordian Key of Note, a unique artifact he simply considers a fashion statement.
Lasso – Sean Kenin Elias-Reyes (Talk) / Drew Rider Smith (Sing)
Lasso is the strong, charismatic leader of Homestead, a community built around country music. While he doesn’t like to fight, he knows that sometimes force is unavoidable. He’s a natural leader who commands respect.
Martell – Debra Wilson
Martell is second-in-command at the Homestead and a powerful opponent. She’s a grown woman who strongly values her country upbringing. Though outwardly charming and polite, she can be dangerous, and her family’s motto, “Bless Your Heart,” hints at a cutting edge beneath the surface.
Annette – Erica Lindbeck (talk) / Elizabeth Zharoff (sing)
Annette is the star of the Archaia Grand Opera, a legendary performance hall with a history stretching back centuries. Though incredibly gifted as a singer – one of the best in the city of Note – she always performs with her cherished lucky pearls.
People of Note will be available digitally on PC (through Steam and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox (including both X and S versions), and Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.
