I really enjoy seeing everyone’s Spotify Wrapped each year, so I was excited to see what the Kelce brothers had been listening to in 2025. But I think a lot of Taylor Swift fans, like me, were especially curious about one thing: would Taylor’s song, The Life of a Showgirl, be on Travis and Jason Kelce‘s lists? Luckily, they shared their Wrapped and answered that question!
Since the Kelce brothers promoted Taylor Swift’s new album, The Life of a Showgirl, on their podcast, it wasn’t a shock to see it high on their year-end charts. Still, it was great to get official confirmation. On their podcast, New Heights, they did just that. After Jason checked his Spotify Wrapped data, he shared his listening habits and then highlighted where Swift’s album ranked, leading to a sweet and supportive conversation.
- Jason Kelce: I do wanna point out, outside of the doo-wop album – because I play that every night when I’m singing to Finnie – second album…
- Travis Kelce: Tay Tay’s?
- Jason Kelce: You know it.
- Travis Kelce: That was No. 1 for me.
- Jason Kelce: Dammit, you beat me.
Okay, so Jason explained that doo-wop is his go-to for singing to his little girl, which is why it dominated his Spotify Wrapped. It’s pretty funny though, because it made his average listening age a whopping 83! Travis’s was a bit younger at 68, but still… definitely a retro vibe for both of them.
So, I saw a clip from their podcast on TikTok, and there it was – a quick, blurry glimpse of The Life of a Showgirl playing while they chatted about it. It just goes to show, like the rest of us, they’re fully embracing the streaming life – hitting every platform, from land to sea to air, to get this album out there.

I’m really struck by how much the brothers listened to The Life of a Showgirl. It’s not that I didn’t expect them to listen to it often—I anticipated that. What’s surprising is the album only came out two months ago, in October. That didn’t leave much time for streams to add up before Spotify Wrapped came out, so they must have been playing it constantly, which is fantastic to see.
I’m hoping we’ll find out what they think of Taylor Swift’s upcoming docuseries, The End of an Era. We already know Travis Kelce will be featured in it, and it’s set to debut in 2025. Since it will be available on Disney+ starting December 12th, perhaps they’ll discuss it on their podcast next week and share some behind-the-scenes stories.
It was just nice to see them watching The Life of a Showgirl along with everyone else. I appreciated their honesty and authenticity, and I think it’s great for them, for us fans, and even for Taylor Swift.
