Reactivate, developed by Splash Damage, has been scrapped. The studio made this announcement on their social media platforms, adding that this decision may leave some employees without work.
This wasn’t a hasty choice; it’s a challenging period for our studio and its team members. We’re grateful to have had Hasbro as a fantastic and helpful collaborator throughout the development process.
Despite Splash Damage not providing a reason for the cancellation of Transformers: Reactivate, they expressed that not being able to release the game was a painful experience. However, parting ways with their colleagues was something that hurt them even deeper.
