Fans can now pre-order the standard edition of Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter, which is scheduled to launch in Fall 2026. Falcom and GungHo are handling the pre-orders.
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter is getting a special SteelBook Edition and a Season Pass. The Season Pass will include downloadable cosmetic items, and the price will be announced later. The standard version of the game costs $59.99 on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, while the Switch 2 Edition will be $64.99. It will also be available on Steam from day one.

GungHo Online Entertainment America has announced that you can now pre-order the Standard Edition of Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5 at most major stores. The game is scheduled to release in Fall 2026. A digital version for Steam will also be available when the game launches.
Fans in North America can now preorder the Standard Edition for $59.99 on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. A version for the new Nintendo Switch 2 is also available for $64.99 at Amazon, Video Games Plus, and other stores. If you buy the game on the original Nintendo Switch, you can upgrade to the Switch 2 Edition with an Upgrade Pack for just $4.99. In Europe, PM Studios will handle distribution and preorders through various retailers.
A Season Pass will be sold separately for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Steam, giving players access to cosmetic downloadable content. The price will be revealed soon. A Digital Deluxe edition, which includes the Season Pass, will also be released at a later time.
