Tomb Raider TV Show: Here’s The Full Cast So Far

Prime Video’s live-action Tomb Raider series is starting to take shape. The streaming service has revealed more of the cast, including confirming previously announced actors.

Although ten actors have been officially announced, details about their characters are largely under wraps. We do know Sophie Turner will be playing Lara Croft, and Sigourney Weaver revealed in an interview that she’s playing a character named Wallace. However, Prime Video hasn’t officially confirmed Weaver’s role, and Wallace might be a character created specifically for the series.

Filming for the Tomb Raider TV series is starting this month. Details about the plot and release date haven’t been revealed yet, other than the fact that it will follow a woman who explores and robs ancient tombs. Phoebe Waller-Bridge, known for ‘Fleabag,’ is the creative force behind the show, serving as creator, writer, executive producer, and co-showrunner with Chad Hodge.

Good news for Tomb Raider fans: the 2018 film with Alicia Vikander is currently very popular on Netflix, attracting a large number of viewers.

At The Game Awards, two new Tomb Raider games were announced. A remake of the original 1996 game, titled Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, is planned for release in 2026, followed by a brand new game, Tomb Raider: Catalyst, in 2027. Alix Wilton Regan will be taking over the role of Lara Croft, succeeding Camilla Luddington.
