Tom Scott, a popular YouTuber from the UK, is returning to creating videos after a break, with new content expected around summer 2025.
Tom Scott consistently uploaded a new video every week for a decade. He covered a wide range of interesting topics, including travel, history, and science.
I was really sad to hear that Scott was stepping back from making videos every week back in January 2024. It’s great though that he’s still going to be around with the podcasts and his newsletter – I’m definitely still going to get my Scott fix!
Scott first mentioned a new travel show in June 2025, saying it wouldn’t air until 2026, and now it appears that wait is over.

Tom Scott announces launch of long-awaited travel series
Nebula X announced that Scott will be releasing a new video on their platform on March 23rd at 4 PM Pacific Time. This will be his first video in almost a year.
The influencer announced in his newsletter that new episodes will be released every week on Nebula. He also reassured his YouTube followers that they’ll be able to watch the same episodes on his YouTube channel the week after they first appear on Nebula.
Scott announced he’s working on a series, currently called ‘Let’s go see England,’ that will explore the history of the country. He also asked people across the UK to reach out if they’d be interested in sharing their stories and work in interviews.
The new Nebula series, simply called ‘England,’ follows Tom Scott as he travels across all of England’s counties. He uses a variety of transportation – from cars and trains to hovercraft and even monorails – to explore the country’s hidden infrastructure, long-standing traditions, and a surprising number of bells.

The Scott’s Nebula ad features the influencer in a variety of settings, including on an airplane, at a construction site, and while paragliding.
He was skeptical at first about whether the series would actually be made, even telling viewers in a 2025 video that it was still a distant possibility and might not happen at all – which he admitted was unsettling. However, it appears his idea ultimately became a reality.
Scott isn’t the only YouTuber making a comeback. Luke Nichols, who used to create videos for the Outdoor Boys channel, recently surprised fans with a photo shared by a Japanese fishing shop – it was his first public sighting in months.
