VicBlends, a barber known for his TikTok videos, shared that the basketball court he renovated in his hometown was recently damaged by a fire – less than two months after it reopened.
On November 29, 2025, VicBlends posted photos on X (formerly Twitter) showing off the newly renovated basketball court from his childhood. The court now has fresh paint, custom designs, and new lines. He shared pictures from above and close-up shots of the work, writing, “I just rebuilt my childhood basketball court back home. Keep going!”
On January 23, 2026, the artist shared new photos online revealing fire damage to the fencing and court floor.

I was so bummed to hear what happened! Apparently, a sixteen-year-old and her mom just totally trashed the court – and it’s only been about two months since it was fixed up. It’s not about me, it’s just awful for the kids who rely on that space. It’s really sad when someone does that to their own neighborhood. But everyone’s determined to get it back in shape quickly, and I really believe they will!

When a fan questioned the reason for the courthouse fire, VicBlends explained that officials hadn’t shared any details with him about what happened.
It was so frustrating! The police wouldn’t tell me anything because the person involved was a minor – not even why, or who was involved. Honestly, it doesn’t even matter right now. We’re working hard to get things back on track for the kids as quickly as possible!
