A Domino’s pizza customer recently became popular on TikTok when they unexpectedly got a free ’emergency’ pizza. But there was a significant problem with the pizza they received.

Contrary to the belief that there’s no free lunch, numerous quick-service restaurants have proven otherwise through their promotional offers. Occasionally, these establishments offer free items as rewards for customer loyalty.

Contrary to the old saying, some places do give out free food sometimes, especially when you’re a loyal customer.

In the year 2023, Dominos introduced their ‘Emergency Pizza’ service. By registering on their app and placing an order worth $7.99 or more, customers were eligible for a complimentary medium-sized pizza, complete with two chosen toppings at no extra cost.

In simpler terms, they returned it so it could kick off the year 2025, and TikTok user MojoKenny seized the opportunity. However, he encountered a minor issue instead.

Dominos Emergency Pizza is back for 2025

The TikTok user, who garnered more than 2.2 million views with a brief video, couldn’t resist highlighting the unique packaging of the ‘emergency pizza‘.

He wondered if Domino’s didn’t package their Free Emergency Pizza in a regular box, considering the vibrant red art they use to promote it,” the person stated, displaying his knowledge of the special promotion design.

Speaking as an enthusiastic fan, the box I’m referring to seems quite reminiscent of those large “Break Glass in Emergency” signs, leaving little room for ambiguity that I’m indeed accepting their generous offer for a complimentary pizza.

People who understood the nature of the offer couldn’t help but make light-hearted comments. One person joked, “What if the delivery guy shouted ’emergency pizza!’ That’s hilarious!” Another joined in, saying, “Now I’m a bit anxious to receive mine.

“Right! Just let everybody know I had to get a free pizza,” commented another.

It’s been noticed that Domino’s has been employing this container not only for larger pizzas, but also for their regular medium-sized ones. This is simply promotional tactics to emphasize that the deal is making a comeback.

You’ve got until January 19 to get one.
