Neon Genesis Evangelion remains a hugely popular anime, and its distinctive visual style is a big part of that success. Now, Casio is celebrating the series with a special edition G-Shock watch. The GA-110EVA30-7A is designed to look like the iconic EVA Unit-01 mech, and was even created with input from the anime’s original mechanical designer, Ikuto Yamashita, to mark the show’s 30th anniversary. You can buy it now for $280, but only from Casio’s website.
If you’re a fan of Evangelion and want to bring some of that aesthetic into your home, Govee offers officially licensed gaming light kits. These lights add a subtle touch of color and are designed to resemble the lighting found in NERV headquarters. Similar to the new Evangelion watch from Casio, these lights are inspired by the anime’s giant robots. They use an LED base, a clear plate, and special light strips to create a unique two-tone lighting effect. The lights come with eight pre-set lighting modes themed around Evangelion, and you can even control them with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant. Usually priced at $200, they’re currently available on Amazon for just $120.
If you’re looking for subtler Evangelion-themed lighting, the Govee Gaming Light Bar set is currently $70, down from $90. You can also get a five-pack of Govee x Evangelion Y-shaped light bars for $110, reduced from $180. Both options respond to sound, which means they’ll sync with your games and other media to enhance your experience. Plus, you can personalize the colors and effects using Govee’s free app.

This set includes all 26 episodes of the TV series, plus the movies Evangelion: Death (True)2 and End of Evangelion. After that, you can check out the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, which reimagines the story. The first two films, 1.11 You Are (Not) Alone and 2.22 You Can (Not) Advance, are currently on sale for $24 each (down from $30). While temporarily out of stock, Amazon is still accepting pre-orders, suggesting they’ll be available again soon.
The Blu-ray of “You Can (Not) Redo” is currently unavailable, but the DVD is still available for $26.45—it’s on sale from $30. You can also watch it on Prime Video if you need it right away.
The last movie in the series, Thrice Upon a Time, is now available in a few different formats. You can get the Collector’s Edition 4K Blu-ray for $52.26—it’s currently on sale from $80. There’s also a Limited Edition Steelbook Blu-ray for $26, and a standard Blu-ray for $16.49.
Although most people know Evangelion from its anime and movies, it was also made into a manga with art by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto. You can find the complete manga series in five deluxe omnibus editions, currently on sale for $16.50 each – a discount from their usual price of $25.
