Okay, so you know it’s almost Super Bowl time, right? The commercials are already getting ridiculous with people like Kendall Jenner and Andy Samberg doing funny bits. But beyond the game – another Patriots vs. Seahawks showdown! – I’m really excited for Bad Bunny’s halftime show. And I just heard a rumor about it that I’m hoping is true – it would be amazing if it actually happens!
Recently, there have been online efforts to either replace Bad Bunny or criticize him for simply enjoying a baseball game. But now, a new rumor suggests another big artist might join him on stage. I’d love to see it happen – I’m really hoping Cardi B performs with Bad Bunny!

Some People Think Cardi B Will Be A Guest Star During Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Performance
Vegas Insider surveyed over 3,000 NFL fans about the Super Bowl halftime show, asking about Bad Bunny’s performance, preferred songs, and dream guest appearances. The survey revealed that Cardi B was the most popular choice for a guest performer, with 33% of fans selecting her. Her song “I Like It” was also the top pick for a halftime performance song, chosen by 18% of respondents.
It’s no surprise that “I Like It” is Cardi B’s most requested song. It was the biggest hit of 2018, even topping Travis Scott’s popular track, “Sicko Mode.” The song received praise from many music critics and has earned over 1.8 billion streams on Spotify. While it’s Cardi B’s most-streamed song, it’s only the sixth most popular for Bad Bunny. Regardless, it would be a strong choice for an artist performing their biggest hits at a halftime show.

Cardi B Will Likely Already Be At Super Bowl LX Thanks To Her NFL Boyfriend
It’s uncertain if Cardi B will perform alongside Bad Bunny at Super Bowl LX, but she’s very likely to attend. She’s currently dating Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs and has been a dedicated fan all season, supporting the team from home and even from owner Robert Kraft’s box.

Budweiser’s Super Bowl ad for 2026 revisits its farming roots with a heartwarming and emotional story. It’s a touching ad that many viewers will likely appreciate seeing before the game.
Basically, adding Cardi B to the performance is now much simpler, even if it wasn’t originally planned. I suspect she would have performed with Bad Bunny at halftime anyway, regardless of her partner’s attendance at the Super Bowl. However, she’s turned down performance offers before, so this could be a unique opportunity to see something truly special.
I’m really looking forward to the halftime show, especially since Kendrick Lamar’s performance last year was so impressive, coming off his public disagreement with Drake. A lot of people will probably be watching to see if Bad Bunny says anything about the President or current political issues, as some people have questioned giving him this platform right now. It will be interesting to see how the performance goes and if Cardi B makes an appearance.
Super Bowl LX is happening on Sunday, February 8th, and you can watch it on NBC and Peacock. Even if you’re not a football fan, it promises to be a fun night of entertainment.
