
Lee Cronin’s new take on The Mummy is coming out this year, and he’s aiming for a filmmaking style similar to that of directors like Steven Spielberg and David Fincher.
In an interview with IGN, Stephen Sommers shared that he drew significant inspiration from both Poltergeist (written and produced by Steven Spielberg) and Seven (directed by David Fincher) while developing The Mummy.
