Television Publicity Executives Committee Announces 2025 Leadership Team (EXCLUSIVE)

As a movie enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that industry heavyweights from Disney Branded Television, Crunchyroll, Hallmark Media, and others have been tapped for the 2025 leadership team of the Television Publicity Executives Committee – a scoop I’ve managed to exclusively obtain.

As a cinema enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that Wendy Zocks, the visionary behind Wendy Zocks Public Relations, has announced her continued leadership for another year. The esteemed TPEC team is now expanded, with industry heavyweights such as Todd Beck, CEO of Beck Media & Marketing, PR executive Irina Bobker, Brian Eley from Crunchyroll’s communications department, Eileen Quast, MGM+’s head of PR, Alice Rao, Hallmark Media’s SVP of publicity, Joe Schlosser, founder of Schlosser Communications, and Dustin Smith, founder of Smithhouse. Joining us in New York City to oversee TPEC’s growth is Nancy Insua, a seasoned publicist from Disney Branded Television. Exciting times ahead!

In his fourth year as a leader at TPEC, Zocks expressed renewed commitment to the organization’s expansion, stating this in a statement to EbMaster. He warmly welcomed Nancy onto the executive committee and looked forward to expanding our footprint in NYC. As many of our colleagues grapple with fresh challenges, we remain a valuable resource for our members, and will keep our focus on the evolving job market landscape.

In his fourth year as TPEC’s leader, Zocks remains more determined than ever to foster growth within the organization, as stated to EbMaster. He is delighted to have Nancy join the executive committee and anticipates broadening our presence in NYC. Facing numerous challenges alongside our colleagues, we will continue to serve as a valuable resource for our members and adapt to the changing job market landscape.

Over the upcoming year, the TPEC community will serve as a valuable resource for navigating a nonprofit organization by facilitating connections between entertainment publicists and the press, organizing networking events and workshops aimed at skill enhancement.

This year, we’re accepting entries for the third TPEC Awards celebrating outstanding TV publicity. Besides the Press Impact Award, we have added new categories to recognize exceptional work in documentary films or limited series, live or recorded variety shows or specials, and both new and returning genre shows.
