Bandai Namco released a new video on the Tales Of YouTube channel featuring a message from the series producer, Yusuke Tomizawa. The video was published on the 30th anniversary of the original Tales of Phantasia, which first launched for Super Famicom (SNES) in Japan on December 15, 1995.
Tomizawa recently discussed the announced remasters of Tales of Graces f, Tales of Xillia, and Tales of Berseria. He explained that the remasters are being released in the order they were finished being developed, as he previously stated in an interview with Famitsu. While these recent announcements focus on newer games in the series, Tomizawa assured fans that they will be revealing remasters of older titles in 2026.
Tomizawa also revealed that a new Tales Of game is in development. However, there’s no confirmed release date yet, as the game is taking longer to create due to increasingly demanding console technology.
