Starting November 20, 2025, Taco Bell is introducing a new version of its popular quesadilla: the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla. It will be available for a limited time at locations nationwide.
As a Taco Bell fan, I’m so excited about this new item! It’s the first time they’ve ever used poblano peppers, and let me tell you, the fire-roasted flavor is amazing. They’ve combined it with tender marinated steak, melted cheese, and a really tasty Spicy Ranch sauce, all rolled up in a warm quesadilla that’s perfect for on the go. It’s a total game changer!
The company claims its latest product offers a fresh take on classic comfort food, designed for people on the move and taking cues from the popular quesadilla.
Poblano flavor takes the spotlight
Taco Bell’s marketing chief, Luis Restrepo, explained that the new menu item highlights the delicious, unique taste of poblano peppers. He stated that the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla is a fresh way to enjoy this flavor.
Fans can also grab the new item as part of the $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box, which includes:
- One Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla
- One Doritos Locos Tacos
- One Crunchy Taco
- Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce
- A medium fountain drink
I’m so excited! Taco Bell is doing a really cool promotion, and to celebrate, they’re releasing limited-edition sweaters! They’re called “Poblano Sweaters,” and only 300 of them are being made.
