Tabasco just launched spicy lip gloss with Sephora and it actually burns

Sephora and TABASCO have partnered to create a surprising, limited-edition lip gloss collection, bringing a little spice to your makeup routine.

Okay, as a beauty and spice lover, I’m SO excited about this! Sephora and TABASCO are teaming up to release a limited-edition line of lip glosses in January 2026. They’re taking Sephora’s already amazing plumping lip gloss and adding chili pepper extract – basically, the stuff that makes TABASCO hot! It’s designed to give you a warm, tingling sensation on your lips, kind of like when you enjoy a dash of TABASCO. It’s a really clever idea and I can’t wait to try it!

This collection features four different shades, each inspired by a popular sauce and its level of spiciness. ‘Jalapeno’ is a shiny, see-through green with a gentle warmth, and ‘Sriracha’ is a warm, translucent brown designed for a medium level of heat.

Chili pepper extract makes lips plump

TABASCO Red is a vibrant, shiny red – the most striking color in the collection. Extreme Heat completes the range with a clear black gloss that has hints of plum and delivers a powerful plumping effect.

To balance the spicy feel, Sephora explains that the glosses contain hyaluronic acid, which keeps lips hydrated for up to eight hours. They also come in fun, collectible silicone cases shaped like TABASCO sauce bottles, and each includes a key ring and a chili pepper charm.

The new collection launched online at Sephora on January 6, 2026, and became available in Sephora stores around the world starting January 12. Each lip gloss costs approximately €15.99 or $16, though prices may vary depending on location. A special set including all four colors is also available for a limited time.
