I’m not actively seeking a relationship at the moment. This year, I’ve realized how incredible my friends are and that I’m capable and self-sufficient. I know I’ll be alright, and if someone comes into my life, that’s great, but I’m happy on my own.

It’s great to hear this person is approaching things with a positive attitude, particularly after a tough breakup. However, this contrasts with recent reports and photos suggesting a possible romance between Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun over the last couple of months. It’s possible, though, that those rumors aren’t true and things aren’t progressing between them.

This isn’t the first time actress Sydney Sweeney’s personal life has become public news. Earlier, there was a lot of talk about her and Glen Powell while they were filming and promoting the movie Anyone But You. They even admitted to encouraging those rumors to help promote the romantic comedy. Later in the same interview, Sweeney reflected on how finding love fits into her busy life, saying:

Okay, that makes things much clearer. Even though there’s been talk and pictures of her with Scooter Braun, it seems Sydney Sweeney isn’t looking for a serious relationship right now. She does consider herself a romantic, though, so she’ll be open to finding someone special when the time is right. We’ll just have to see who that might be!
