Subway Surfers Sequel Is Coming In February

Subway Surfers, the hugely popular mobile game from SYBO, first came out in 2012 and quickly became one of the most downloaded games ever. Now, SYBO is releasing a new version, Subway Surfers City, on mobile devices next month.

When the game’s release date was revealed, a stunning trailer was also released, giving players a look at the vibrant world of Subway Surfers City.

This fast-paced running game is set in Subway City, with players exploring four different areas to unlock: The Docks, Southline, Sunrise Blvd, and Delorean Park. The game will be regularly updated with new areas, characters, costumes, and hoverboards each season. Players will also gain new powers, like a stomp and a bubblegum shield that boosts jumps. Plus, three new ways to play have been added!

Classic Endless is a popular, quick-paced running game where players aim for the best possible score and keep finding new routes, even after playing many times.

City Tour is a new game mode where players advance through levels, each with unique objectives. You’ll explore different city areas, searching for hidden stars and finishing missions along the way.

Events are limited-time challenges with multiple attempts, created to test the abilities of even highly skilled players.

As a long-time Subway Surfers player, I’m super excited about Subway Surfers City! Basically, it’s the next big step for a game that’s been around for almost 15 years. The CEO said they’re really happy with how well Subway Surfers is still doing, and they wanted to give us a completely fresh way to play and experience the game we all love.
