The movie *Catch Me If You Can* is based on the true story of Frank Abagnale Jr., a master con artist, and his book co-written with Stan Redding. Leonardo DiCaprio stars as Abagnale, who famously pretended to be a pilot for Pan American Airlines, a doctor, and other professionals while still very young. His scams eventually caught the attention of the FBI, and a determined agent – played by Tom Hanks – pursued him across the country. You can find the original book, *Catch Me If You Can*, in paperback for $10 on Amazon (originally $19), or listen to the audiobook for $15.75 (down from $18).
You also get the audiobook included with an Audible Premium Plus membership, which costs just $1 a month for the first three months if you sign up by December 16th. This membership gives you access to a huge library of audiobooks, plus one credit each month to buy any audiobook you want on Amazon – and you get to keep those audiobooks even if you cancel! So, for only $3, you can enjoy three audiobooks over a few months. After the first three months, the subscription automatically renews at the regular price of $15 a month, but you can cancel anytime before then to avoid that charge.
