Frictional Games, the studio behind popular horror titles like SOMA, Amnesia, and Penumbra, revealed their new science fiction horror game, Ontos, at this year’s The Game Awards.
- The game will take us to an abandoned hotel on the moon, where brutal experiments were conducted.
- The game is designed to be a spiritual successor to SOMA, so we’re in for a first-person horror experience with a sci-fi vibe.
- Ontos is coming to PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5.
- The release is scheduled for 2026.
