Spider-Man Gets Drunk & Beats Up Marvel Baddies In 2 New Trailers For Prime’s Spider-Noir Series

The first trailer for Spider-Noir, starring Nicolas Cage, is here, giving fans a better look at the upcoming Marvel series. The show will bring a fresh perspective to the classic hero and is scheduled to premiere on MGM+ and Prime Video in 2026.

The trailer for Sony Pictures Television’s Spider-Noir is now available! The show will first air on MGM+ on Monday, May 25th, and then all episodes will be released worldwide on Prime Video on Wednesday, May 27th. You can watch both trailers below, starting with the black and white version.

The other trailer shows Spider-Noir in true-hue color, check it out below:

The new footage reveals Ben Reilly struggling with personal issues, showing him drinking and being troubled by memories. The trailer for Spider-Noir also features lots of action, with Ben – who goes by The Spider instead of Spider-Man – fighting a variety of enemies in the upcoming Marvel series.

This show will tell the story of Ben Reilly as The Spider, not Peter Parker. Voice actor Cage previously played a different version of Spider-Man – the Noir Spider-Man – in the movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Lamorne Morris will play journalist Robbie Robertson, and Brendan Gleeson will be the villain Silvermane in the upcoming Marvel series. Li Jun Li will star as Cat Hardy, Jack Huston as Flint Marco, Karen Rodriguez as Janet, and Abraham Popoola will also be series regulars on the Spider-Noir show.

Several familiar faces will appear in Spider-Noir, including Whitney Rice, Amanda Schull, Scott MacArthur, Michael Kostroff, Cameron Britton, Joe Massingill, Amy Aquino, Andrew Robinson, Andrew Caldwell, Kai Caster, and Lukas Haas. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, known for their work on Spider-Verse, are executive producers, along with Amy Pascal, the former CEO of Sony.

The animated series Spider-Noir, created by Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot, will be released in both black-and-white and color versions.
