Spider-Man 4 Set Photos Offer First Look at Scorpion’s MCU Return

Some new Spider-Man 4 set photos preview Scorpion’s MCU return.

The next Spider-Man movie, currently titled Spider-Man 4 or Spider-Man: Brand New Day, is being made now. Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, is directing, and Tom Holland will return as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. It’s scheduled to come out in theaters next summer.

What do we see in the Spider-Man 4 set photos?

A Twitter user named Scooper MyTimeToShineHello posted some pictures from the set of Spider-Man 4. The photos show Michael Mando as Scorpion wearing a white suit, and in one image, he seems to be wearing handcuffs on his left wrist.

New photos are circulating on social media related to the next Spider-Man movie. As ComicBookMovie pointed out, @AllOnFilm shared pictures of Tom Holland in his Spider-Man suit, and @captaincupkicks posted a photo appearing to show Holland with a script for Spider-Man 4. Unfortunately, the script photo is too distant and blurry to read.

Marvel hasn’t revealed much about the story of the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day game yet.

The cast of Spider-Man 4 includes returning favorites Tom Holland and Pedro Pascal (who hasn’t appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming), along with Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, and Mark Ruffalo. New additions include Sadie Sink, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Trammel Tillman, all playing currently mysterious roles. It’s unclear whether Charlie Cox will reprise his role as Daredevil, with reports varying on his potential appearance.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase 6 will kick off with Spider-Man: Brand New Day on July 31, 2026. Later that year, on December 16th, Avengers: Doomsday will be released, followed by Avengers: Secret Wars on December 17, 2027.
