In Sonic 4, the franchise is taking big risks, as Sonic 3 introduces a menacing villain, Metal Sonic, and a fan favorite character, Amy Rose who uses a hammer, creates quite a stir in the post-credit sequences.
Regrettably, Tacit Sign Studio, based in Beijing, disclosed concept art for Sonic 3 on their recent social media updates, potentially revealing aspects of what we might expect in Sonic 4.
Will Metal Sonic pave the way for the rule of Robotnik?
As a game enthusiast, I got to peek at snippets from the upcoming movie, occasionally with slight twists and turns. Plus, it gave me sneak peeks during the credits, hinting at what’s next. Interestingly, there were also images that didn’t make it into Sonic 3, but they seemed perfectly suited for Sonic 4, considering how the third adventure wrapped up.

Initial set of pictures offered moviegoers a cinematic glimpse into the Robotnik fight from the movie’s finale, as well as thrilling scenes such as Knuckles swiftly moving faster than the chaos caused by urban devastation.
The most surprising scene, nonetheless, features Dr. Robotnik on a stage alongside Metal Sonic, appearing victorious in what seems like a triumphant moment.
In the game called Sonic 3, Metal Sonic didn’t appear, but he was hinted at in the scenes after the credits, foreshadowing Sonic 4. Robotnik wasn’t seen with statues of Atlas and cherubs or sharing any screen time with a robotic version of Sonic that resembled Metal Sonic in this game. Instead, it seems he gave up his life to save Earth at the end. While it might have been an abandoned idea, it lines up perfectly with the introduction for Sonic 4.
