I’m totally hooked on this story! It’s about these siblings who are tied to this old promise their mother left behind, and it pulls them right into this massive, ancient conflict. It’s not just about saving the world, though—it’s about their family falling apart as they try to figure out who they can trust. Their older siblings, Rickard and Deorcas, are right there with them, and honestly, it’s heartbreaking watching them all struggle with their grief and their beliefs. Every choice they make feels like it could lead to salvation… or total disaster. It really makes you think about how easily things can go wrong, and how quickly devotion can turn into something dark.
