The video game Silent Hill f is being adapted into a manga, and the manga will add to the game’s story with new content and details.
To celebrate the six-month anniversary of the game’s launch, a manga adaptation is being created with an all-new ending penned by Ryukishi07, the writer known for Silent Hill f.
On March 25th, the official Silent Hill account announced that a new Silent Hill manga will be released on the Young Ace UP digital platform.
Similar to other games in the Silent Hill series, the story changes based on the decisions you make. This manga will add a sixth unique ending to the existing five.
Silent Hill f manga is in the works
It’s still unclear if Hinako’s story will end happily, similar to the ending of The Fox Wets Its Tail, or if it will have a sad ending.
Artist Ame Gokin is creating the artwork, and has shared a first look: an image of Hinako looking distraught while holding spider lilies.
This manga is the newest addition to the popular Silent Hill f, which has become a fan favorite since its release. The game received excellent reviews from both players and critics, gained a lot of attention through streams by the actress who plays Hinako, and even inspired a unique partnership involving a special drink.

Last year they actually released a novel based on the game, and it totally swept The Horror Game Awards 2025, winning four awards! So, this manga adaptation? It just proves how much horror fans are loving Silent Hill f. It’s seriously become a big deal!
We don’t know when the manga will be released yet, and it’s uncertain if an English version will be available. However, it seems like Hinkao’s story in the misty town of Ebisugaoka is continuing.
