Exnoa and Too Kyo Games announced that the physical version of Shuten Order (known as Shuten Kyodan in Japan) will be released on Nintendo Switch in Japan on April 23rd.
This spring, Spike Chunsoft will release physical copies of Switch 1 and 2 for North America, and Switch 2 for Europe. Switch 1 was previously available physically in Japan. The Switch 2 version will include the latest game build right out of the box – you won’t need to buy a separate upgrade. Currently, the box art for both the Japanese and American releases doesn’t suggest a game key card is included.

Shuten Order is now available for digital download on Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam).
