Twitch star shroud was surprised and upset after seeing footage from ARC Raiders players who claimed he was cheating during the game.
Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek is a consistently popular FPS streamer who excels at almost any shooting game he plays, regardless of the perspective.
The professional gamer, previously known for CS:GO and Valorant, has now started playing ARC Raiders and quickly demonstrated his exceptional aiming skills against three opponents.
Using the Renegade weapon, the Polish-Canadian player quickly eliminated the opposing team, hitting precise headshots while moving between cover.
Shroud’s amazing play of getting three kills at once was so good, even he was impressed. But he was surprised to learn, after seeing things from his opponents’ perspectives, that they thought he was cheating – and it was easy to see why.
Shroud takes pity on ARC Raiders players accusing him of cheating
People watching Grzesiek’s competitors play believed he was cheating using programs that gave him an unfair edge, like those that show enemy locations or automatically aim his weapon.
“He’s cheating!” one exclaimed.
“He’s actually cheating,” echoed another. “He triple headshot all three of us.”

After reviewing the footage, Shroud realized why people were upset and was stunned. From the enemy’s perspective on screen, he was completely invisible.
He paused, clearly impressed by what he’d just seen, and then admitted he hadn’t realized how it appeared to others – he couldn’t see it himself.
They didn’t have a chance against me. I completely dominated the competition, moving so quickly they couldn’t track me. I was making unpredictable maneuvers and exploiting openings, and they were unable to respond effectively. It was a total victory.
ARC Raiders is experiencing some problems with players appearing out of sync and inaccurately registering shots, sometimes making it seem like they’re shooting through walls. Players have repeatedly asked the developers to address this, and the recent issues with streamer shroud highlight the ongoing problem.
Honestly, seeing what my rivals were claiming, I totally get why shroud reacted the way he did. Cheating accusations are a big deal, and his response felt right considering everything.
