Indeed, you’ve got it spot on – each vivid character from the world of Sailor Moon has been reimagined in a concept game akin to either Elden Ring or Demon’s Souls, shedding their sugary-sweet veneer. Artist Eugenia Lysa has brought life to Twilight of the Moon Kingdom, a personal project that offers a glimpse into what a dark fantasy RPG within the Sailor Moon universe might feel like. In her latest video, Eugenia provides a peek at the remnants of Silver Millennium, showcasing intricately designed statues of all the Sailor Guardians and even a boss battle against The Lamenting Chimera, a transformed version of Luna and Artemis. Although we don’t witness the combat itself, the concept art for this beast is simply mesmerizing.
