A new trailer is out for Ryan Gosling’s upcoming movie, Project Hail Mary, coming soon from Amazon MGM Studios.
The upcoming film, Project Hail Mary, is based on Andy Weir’s 2021 science fiction novel. It follows astronaut Ryland Grace, who wakes up with no memory while on a critical mission to prevent the extinction of humanity. Ryan Gosling will star, and the film will be directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who previously worked together on movies like The Lego Movie and 21 Jump Street.
The new science fiction film will arrive in theaters and IMAX on March 20, 2026. Ryan Gosling will play the lead role of Ryland Grace, with Sandra Hüller, James Ortiz, Milana Vayntrub, and Ken Leung also starring. The screenplay is being written by the author of the original story, Andy Weir, and Drew Goddard, who is known for his work on films like The Martian.
