‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’ Winner Monét X Change Set to Host ‘The Pit Stop’ (EXCLUSIVE)

As a longtime fan of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” I couldn’t be more thrilled with Monet X Change stepping into the role of host for “The Pit Stop”! Her wit, charm, and unfiltered commentary have always made her a standout in the Drag Race family. It’s about time she takes the throne from those other hosts (Bob, Trixie, Bianca) who’ve been hogging it for far too long! I can’t wait to see what hilarious insights and spicy tea Monet will dish out this season, especially with the impressive lineup of guests and queens competing.

Monet X Change, the victor of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” Season 4, has been appointed as the host for the weekly wrap-up show, titled “The Pit Stop,” in the seventeenth season of “Drag Race.

In simpler terms, X and a companion will discuss and summarize each episode of “Drag Race” Season 17 starting from January 3rd on MTV. The recap series, titled “The Pit Stop,” will be available every Saturday on the official “RuPaul’s Drag Race” YouTube channel.

Raven, a past competitor on “Drag Race” and makeup artist for RuPaul, has been announced as our special guest.

Speaking to EbMaster, X Change, the joint winner of “All Stars” Season 4 with Trinity the Tuck, expressed her enthusiasm about returning as the host of ‘The Pit Stop.’ For a long time, she has allowed personalities like Bob, Trixie, and Bianca to claim the throne as the rightful hosts of ‘The Pit Stop.’ This season, audiences can anticipate X Change’s sharp wit, captivating charm, and unfiltered honesty served with generous doses of laughter. ‘Drag Race’ is her favorite television show, and she loves discussing it. Moreover, fans are in for a treat as the guests this season include newcomers and favorites alike. They will surely enjoy every bit of it, with respect.

17 seasons ago, we introduced 14 queens who are vying for the title this season: Lucky Starzzz, Suzie Toot, Lydia B Collins, Kori King, Lana Ja’rae, Jewels Sparkles, Lexi Love, Hormonal Lisa, Crystal Envy, Arietty, Acacia Forgot, Joella, Onya Nerve, and Sam Star.

In this coming season of the Emmy-winning reality series that’s taken the world by storm, the queens will dazzle us with their talents during the annual talent show event. The competitors will also carry on using the “Rate-A-Queen” system, which made its debut in Season 16, but with an exciting new twist as suggested in a press release from MTV.

As a movie reviewer, I’m thrilled to share that the post-show “RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked” is back for more! This captivating series offers an intimate peek into the queens’ heartfelt discussions and playful squabbles during the decision-making process of the judges. Catch it right after each 90-minute episode of “Drag Race.” It’s like getting VIP access to the backstage drama!
