The movie centers around discussions between a renowned criminologist, who’s visiting the prison where Elisa has been imprisoned for a decade. Elisa is suspected of killing and burning her sister’s corpse, and attempting to harm her mother. However, she claims she can’t recall these events clearly. As she interacts with the criminologist, her hazy memories start to become clearer. For Elisa, the truth that surfaces is startling. It’s a painful revelation that might signal the start of her path towards redemption,” Cresto-Dina explained.
