Rosalina’s Storybook From Super Mario Galaxy Is Up For Preorder At Amazon

Good news for Super Mario Galaxy fans! You can now pre-order a physical copy of ‘Rosalina’s Storybook’. This book, which was originally featured in the game, has been expanded into a beautiful 112-page hardcover edition. Dark Horse Books will release it on November 25th, making it a perfect holiday gift. It’s available for pre-order now at Amazon for $25.

Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 are coming to Nintendo Switch and the new Switch 2 on October 2nd, both as physical copies and digital downloads. The physical version is for the original Switch, but owners can get a free upgrade to the Switch 2 version. On Switch 2, the games will be displayed in 4K resolution. You can play using either traditional button controls or motion controls. Pre-orders are available now for $70 at Amazon, Walmart, and other retailers. Nintendo is releasing new Amiibo figures based on Super Mario Galaxy, featuring Mario and Luma, and Rosalina and Lumas. They’re available for preorder now at $40 each and will be released on April 2, 2026. The release date likely coincides with the theatrical release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie in April 2026.

Ahead of the December 4th release of *Metroid Prime 4: Beyond* on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, fans can now pre-order a beautiful book celebrating the original *Metroid Prime* trilogy. *Metroid Prime 1-3: A Visual Retrospective* is a 208-page hardcover book featuring artwork and commentary from the game’s creators at Retro Studios. Originally planned for June 2025, the book is now scheduled to release on October 28th and is available for pre-order at Amazon for $46.49 (reduced from $50). This special edition features a metallic foil illustration of Samus on the cover and marks the first *Metroid* book in many years, published by the team at Piggyback, known for their popular *Legend of Zelda* strategy guides.
