XRP enthusiasts, developers, and self-proclaimed “crypto gurus” gathered at ETHDenver, a Web3 BUIDLathon that somehow managed to attract 25,000 people who still think this stuff matters. Naturally, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse had to chime in on X with his signature enthusiasm: “love to see it.” Because nothing says “I care” like typing in lowercase.
The event, which is either a festival or a cult meeting-depends on who you ask-ran from Feb. 18 to 21, 2026. A date so far in the future, it’s probably just a placeholder for when we’ve all realized crypto was a mistake.

Garlinghouse’s tweet, “love to see it,” which is code for “I hope you’re paying for the snacks.” RippleX called the gathering a “great evening with the community,” because nothing bonds people like mutual delusion and a shared distrust of fiat.
Earlier this month, Ripple hosted a “successful” community day. Success here defined as: no one got arrested, and at least one person bought an NFT.
Meanwhile, the White House held a stablecoin yield meeting with a “small group” of crypto reps and banks. Ripple’s CLO, Stuart Alderoty, was there, probably explaining why XRP isn’t a security… again. Groundbreaking.

SBI Ripple Asia just partnered with the Asia Web3 Alliance Japan. Because if one layer of bureaucracy isn’t enough, why not add another? The MOU will help startups use blockchain for “financial services”-a term that means different things to different people, usually involving a lot of buzzwords and very little cash.

The XRPL Foundation is working on a fix for a batch amendment bug. Good luck, because by the time this gets resolved, we’ll probably all be using quantum wallets or whatever’s next.
