QTCinderella, a popular streamer, shared that a prediction market platform dismissed the cease and desist letter she received regarding the Streamer Awards, even as she attempted to pursue legal options.
In early December, shortly before hosting her yearly Streamer Awards, QTCinderella revealed she was planning to sue a website that allowed people to bet on the show’s winners.
QT clarified to her Twitch audience that she has no connection to, and does not support, the website in question, following an accusation of “insider trading” during a stream with Polymarket.
I have no connection to those people, and I want to be clear about that. My legal team is currently in discussions with theirs because I’m concerned about their actions. I wanted to make sure everyone knows that.
QTCinderella says her legal action was ignored
As of March 2026, the issue was still ongoing. On the March 16th episode of the Fear& podcast, QT shared her frustration that the platform had disregarded her legal request to stop the problematic behavior.
I haven’t shared this publicly, but we did send them a legal notice demanding they stop their actions, and they essentially ignored it. I explained to them that the potential insider trading implications of this situation are significant, and that a lot of people already knew the outcome.
I have a production team of around 100 people. They asked me what I thought, and then suggested I report anyone I suspected of insider trading so they could be held accountable. I was shocked and told them that was an absurd request.

QT hasn’t revealed which platform they’re referring to, but many fans believe it’s Polymarket. This is because Polymarket was the first to create betting markets related to The Streamer Awards.
Kalshi, another prediction platform, also had active markets on the awards show after those opened.
Artem Kaptur, who used to edit videos for MrBeast, lost his job at Beast Industries after being accused of improperly using inside information to bet on video performance through a platform called Kalshi. He was also required to pay a $20,000 fine by Kalshi.
