It’s a 20% buff that fits perfectly with his kit that further boosts his allies. Finally, as Qiuyuan needs Crit Rate to increase his team’s Crit DMG through his Resonance Liberation, Emerald Sentence also increases his Crit Rate and ATK%, making it a perfect weapon for Qiuyuan in WuWa. |
