There’s hope for a third season of the beloved but short-lived show Pushing Daisies. Creator Bryan Fuller revealed he already has a plan and the original cast – including Lee Pace, Kristin Chenoweth, and Anna Friel – are all eager to return. He’s now looking for a network or streaming service to pick it up. The show centered around Ned, a pie maker with the unusual ability to revive the dead with a touch, but with a deadly consequence for something else nearby. It was a quirky and charming series that playfully explored themes of life and death. Fuller might not even need to rely on traditional Hollywood avenues to make it happen, pointing to the success of shows like Critical Role as an alternative.
